Most families first find Kinkaya when they need walk-in urgent care. But we also have a kid friendly General Practice clinic on-site in Innaloo.

We are committed to providing an exceptional level of service & care from the first time you walk in, until we get you back to full health...and help keep you that way.

Whether you need to follow up after seeing us for an urgent care issue, or are just looking for a local doctor, we’re here for the whole family.

Our GP service allows us to:

Take a comprehensive, patient-centred approach to shape service delivery to meet the needs of each individual.
Provide a greater level of support & care to the community for both acute & chronic conditions.
Assist with education & preventative health initiatives.

Our GP services are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with hours expanding soon.

Good to know:
- Iron infusions are available for children over 10 years, referrals are required and can be arranged through our GP service.
- Kid-friendly pathology on site
  Cryotherapy treatment for wart removal is available
- Routine vaccinations coming soon

When should I go to the ED?

Telehealth appointments are reserved for follow up appointments for adults.

Kids, especially very young ones, aren't very good at explaining their symptoms so we need to use a lot more objective tests and observations to assess their condition which at this stage needs to be done in-person. Their condition can also change rapidly in a short period of time so we like to keep kids in our care while treating them.
Where can I get help after hours?
Right here! Our Urgent Care service is open every day from 8am until 10pm. Kinkaya Urgent Care is a walk-in service. No booking is required.

Kinkaya Urgent Care provides on-demand medical care for injuries and illnesses that aren't life threatening. We are here for when you need help, but don't need to be adding to the numbers at the emergency department.

For non-emergency assistance after 10pm you can call Dial-A Doctor on 1300 030 030 or visit their website.
