We're looking for a Casual Nurse Practitioner with Emergency Department and Paediatric experience to join our dedicated and caring team at our Innaloo clinic.

- An experienced casual Nurse Practitioner with emergency department and paediatric experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional urgent care.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently assessing, diagnosing and managing a broad range of acute presentations while providing calm, reassuring care to patients and their families.
- You enjoy caring for children and understand that great paediatric care is just as much about supporting parents as it is about treating the patient.
- You combine advanced clinical expertise with genuine compassion, taking the time to explain diagnoses, treatment plans and next steps in a way that helps families feel informed and at ease.
- You take pride in delivering evidence-based care, while embracing opportunities to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of clinical best practice.
- Above all, you're a collaborative team player who values working alongside doctors, nurses and administration staff to create a welcoming environment where every patient receives outstanding care.

Key Criteria
- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA.
- Extensive emergency department and paediatric experience.
- A keen interest in, and high level of competency, in paediatric care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children and their families.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- National Police and Working with Children clearances.
