We are working to improve on-demand health solutions for WA kids and their families.

Our start to this journey is opening our first paediatric-focussed, urgent care centre in Innaloo in February.

Yes. February.

To say there is plenty still to do is a bit of an understatement.

The job description is pretty straightforward. Get in and assist as required to complete all tasks across the range of areas needed to set up the clinic, including:

• Procurement and logistics coordination
• Process development to meet operating standards and accreditation
• Information systems set up
• Recruitment coordination
• Marketing execution

We are looking for someone who is well organised, happy to work outside their comfort zone and cares about meeting deadlines once they have committed to them.

Ideally you will have worked in a senior executive assistant role or have deep experience in one of the above areas of business. However, with your level of common sense and openness to take on new things, you will be more than happy to jump in where needed and find a way to make it happen.

What we offer

• Base rate of $40/hour
• A results-focussed approach that allows for flexibility of work hours and location.
• Flexible employment arrangement.
• Either work contract based for the duration of the project, or stay on with us once we open.
