Healthcare Benefits

In-clinic care for you and your family.

Focus on patient outcomes, not patient numbers.

The ‘take a number’ transactional approach is fine for the local deli counter but can no longer be the standard for healthcare.

Our primary objective is to provide an exceptional level of service for both patients and their carers from first point of contact until we return them to health.

We are building the facilities and resources to make this possible. Now we are compiling the most critical piece needed to be successful: our team.

Our nurses will be valued and respected as key members of the healthcare team.

Who we are looking for

  • Skilled registered nurses with extensive emergency department experience.
You have a keen interest in, and high level of, competency in paediatric care.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage paediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions, from minor injuries to acute illnesses.
  • You are skilled in assisting with (and where appropriate, managing) procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, suturing assistance, and fracture management.
  • You enjoy educating and supporting children and their families, offering clear explanations of treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
  • You take a sense of ownership of your role, happy to participate in the clinic’s quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • You work collaboratively with all team members to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to each patient.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children and their families.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

  • The facilities, resources and support team to provide an exceptional level of care.
  • Flexible working days and hours to suit your needs.
  • Ability to work with WACHS or Metropolitan Health Services rosters.
  • Highly competitive remuneration plans paying above award rates.
  • Professional development and career progression opportunities, including formal pathway mapping and investment in continuing education.
  • Provision of in-clinic health services for your immediate family.
